How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will take up to 5 working days to arrive within India. Outside India, it takes about 10 working days. Please note Saturday and Sunday are considered non-working days. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at contact@aatmanindia.com
What is your return policy?
Returns are only available on pieces which are damaged in transit. In such cases, please click a photo and mail it to us to contact@aatmanindia.com or whatsapp it to us on +918551942244 within 24 hours. On approval from the team, you can send us the piece to our office address. We will repair the piece or replace it for you.
What are the payment options available with you?
  1. You can opt for Cash On Delivery throughout India (except a very few places those will be mentioned during the buying process)

Do you have an outlet outside Pune, India?
No, we have a studio-office in Pune, India. However we do ship all over the world.

I did not receive my order. What do I do?
Please contact us on (+91)8551942244 between 10am to 6pm IST (Monday to Saturday) or write us an email at contact@aatmanindia.com with the purchase details and we will initiate a search process with the logistics company.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on delivery is available for most pin codes in India. The state government policies for every state differ on the amount to be collected from COD.
In case our courier company is not able to offer COD for your state, we will let you know over phone or email.
We charge a convenience fee of INR 200 for COD mode of payment.

Can I gift someone in a different country?
Of course! Since Aatman India ships all over the world, we can send personalized gifts to your loved ones. We take extra care with the packaging to make the experience very special. In case of gift boxes or customized wrapping, we charge a convenience fee.
Will I get a refund,incase I do not like the product?
Refunds are not available under any circumstances. We will isssue a store credit or offer an exchange but we do not give refunds.

Is there any guarantee on your products?
Since most of our products are crafted in metal alloys we do not provide any guarantee.
Incase you want to get the product soldered/re-polished/inlay stones replaced, we can offer these services at an additional cost.
