- At Aatman, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.
- If you opt for online payment transfers (credit/debit card transactions) or net banking,we offer free shipping all over India.
- In case of Cash on delivery within India, we charge INR 200 for shipping.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday and Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

International Shipping charges are calculated by our system based on parcel weight and your zip code.
For a shipment up to 1kg, the shipping charges are approximately INR1800.It is logistically more viable to club a few orders together and have them shipped instead of a smaller order.
There are a few countries which charge a custom fee at the port of entry based on shipment value. Aatman India is not responsible in case of additional custom duty.
We do not have a policy for international Returns however we will provide full support in case of any problem faced with the shipment.

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
- In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit.
- We take great efforts to put in the details of dimensions and weight of every product. Please note, we strictly do not exchange products based on the reasons that it's too long or too heavy.
- Incase you are not happy with the actual product on arrival, we suggest you gift it someone as we do not offer replacements.
- We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit.
- No exchanges/No returns/No refunds is our policy.
- Please do not courier the product to us without authorization from Team Aatman. We will not offer any replacement in such a case.
- All returns/replacements are subject to the discretion of Aatman.
